  • The Pause | Breath and Mindfulness

    This 55 minute class is designed around breath, mindfulness, and intentional pauses to allow for a deeply restful and introspective experience. It progresses in 3 stages. The start of class will anchor you into slow breathing and mindfulness. Once your foundation of breath has been established, you'll enter the second stage of class to be guided through 4 rounds of the Wim Hof Method Breathwork. Each round includes an extended breath hold. Once the breath journey has finished, the last stage of class is getting to integrate your experience by remaining still on your mat as the music continues. This class is meant for all levels and anyone looking to slow down, improve their breathing, and feel deeply relaxed. There is also the option in class to intensify the breathing to achieve a more elevated sensorial experience.

  • The Wim Hof Method | Breath and Cold

    Discover the potent routine of beginning your day with the combination of the Wim Hof Method Breathwork and Cold Exposure. Upon awakening, our cortisol levels naturally begin to rise and the added eustress from breathwork and temperature regulation further support this process. It's a natural and effective way to replace coffee while getting a burst of alertness, clarity, and a sense of resilience. We strongly believe in the impact of having Rituals and this morning routine is designed to help kickstart your day with a balanced feeling of being grounded and energized.
