ritual urban retreat policies.

WELCOME TO RITUAL.
We are thrilled to have you as a part of our fitness community.

To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all our members and staff, we have established the following policies and guidelines:

RESPECTFUL CONDUCT: Please be respectful to all staff and fellow class participants in the common areas and during classes. Treat others as you would like to be treated, and refrain from any behaviour that may be disruptive or disrespectful.

FOOTWEAR POLICY: To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the studio. This helps to prevent dirt, mud, or salt from being tracked through the facility. Shoe storage areas are provided for your convenience.

NOISE LEVEL:
Please be mindful of the noise level in common areas to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Avoid yelling or loud conversations that may disturb others who are working out or relaxing.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We provide storage cubbies for your personal belongings. Please use these cubbies to store your belongings and refrain from leaving items in common areas or on equipment. Ritual is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

HYGIENE: For the health and well-being of our community, please practice good hygiene. This includes showering before using the cold tubs, sauna, or hot yoga rooms and wiping down equipment after use.

CLASS ETIQUETTE: Arrive on time for classes and inform the instructor if you need to leave early. Follow the instructor’s guidance and modify exercises as needed for your safety and comfort.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION: Classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a cancellation fee.

By participating in classes at Ritual, you agree to abide by these policies and guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies or behaves in a manner that is disrespectful or disruptive to our community.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you at the studio!
